Privacy Policy

Bethel Church, Oldbury collects information when you register with us or place an order for any of our activities. We will use this information to provide the requested services, maintain guarantee records and, if you agree, to send you marketing information. We will not share your information for marketing purposes with other companies or organisations. 

Bethel Church is committed to ensuring that your privacy and data is protected. We commit to making sure that any personal data we collect, or store is handled securely, sensitively, and in a manner, which reflects the lawful basis for storing the personal data. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of your information, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial processes to safeguard any information we have about you.

People who are authorised to have secure access to the database include The Pastors, Elders and Deacons. Connect Group Leaders and Ministry Leaders will have limited access to contact details of those within their groups. 

Bethel Church will use your data for the following:

1. Church administration e.g. pastoral care including calls and visits, maintaining financial records of giving for audit and tax purposes, team rotas, etc.

2. Keeping you informed about church news and services.

If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing the Pastor. Similarly, please do contact the pastor or one of the leadership team should you have any concerns about your data.

We may change this policy from time to time. This policy is effective from 25th May 2018.
